This process takes roughly three weeks.

Where do you get images from?

For those finishing touches, we offer tailored graphic design support, from polished quote graphics to on-brand image templates, so your content always looks professional and cohesive. For more advanced photo editing or design needs, we’ll coordinate with our network of trusted design professionals to deliver the high-quality visuals your brand deserves.

What if I don’t have enough images?

It’s our job to ensure you have the right amount of content to be lively and active on social, regardless of the number of images you have on hand. When writing your custom social media strategy, we’ll take the number of images you have into account and suggest a variety of content pillars that will appeal to your audience. 

How do you capture my brand voice?

We take the time to get you know you, your work, your ideal client base, and your business. We will study your website, your past social posts, and other content to best capture your tone and style perfectly. Your social media strategy will detail our profile of your voice and messaging so you can see that we have gotten it right.

What sort of reporting do you provide?

We meet as a team weekly to analyze your analytics and insights and discuss changes to your strategy, if any are needed. We provide weekly feedback and updates on your account performance so you can see your growth and reach with every step. You will also receive a detailed monthly report on how your social media accounts are performing.  

Based on those reports, we keep your strategy updated and responsive to what your audience likes to engage with and what drives traffic to your website. Your strategy is a living, breathing, ongoing marketing plan.

Do I get to approve the posts?

Absolutely. You will have full control, with the ability to review, approve, or request edits on every piece of content before it goes live.

How do you manage comments?

We take a proactive, hands-on approach to community management, responding to all comments on your accounts from 9AM to 9PM, seven days a week. Using secure software, we centralize all your social interactions, ensuring no message slips through the cracks. This allows us to engage with your audience quickly and meaningfully, strengthening connections and building loyalty.

With our proprietary Wingnut Growth Boost TM service, we go a step further, strategically engaging with potential clients and industry influencers through thoughtful commenting and targeted community management. This approach helps increase brand awareness, drive follower growth, and position your business to stand out in the design world.

We also monitor direct messages, alerting you to hot leads and guiding them towards next steps for working with you.

Do I need to post myself?

That depends on the level of service you choose. We can be as hands-on as you need us to be. We know that you are busy with your design business and might not have the time or staff to fully execute your social media strategy. We are happy to create the content, post it, and do your community management. 

We also offer a Hybrid Package where we create the content for you and you do the posting to work within your budget and provide you with more direct interaction with your accounts.

What social media platforms do you manage?

We can manage any platform you’d like us to, and we will advise you on which platform or platforms you should focus your resources.

Social media platforms we can manage include: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

Do you offer social media advertising?
